Alison Carpenter is a candidate in Clewer & Dedworth East ward – she was interviewed by the Maidenhead Advertiser about the Windsor Town Forum and how it does not represent residents.
“It is the only opportunity residents have for a public voice [but] many residents think it’s just a talking shop, and either don’t bother attending, or don’t even know that it exists,” she said.
Ms Carpenter, who is a member of The Borough First Independents, said resident questions are not always heard.
