Putting residents first
Carole was first elected to the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Council in 2019, representing Clewer & Dedworth East.
In 2023 she was elected to represent Clewer & Dedworth West, where she continues to support residents with a wide range of local issues.
Carole is particularly well known for her hands-on approach to resident casework, helping individuals and families who are experiencing difficulties and need help navigating services.
She believes local government should be about supporting people, listening to communities and finding practical ways to make a difference.

Alongside her work as a councillor, Carole works at the West Windsor Hub, helping residents access advice, support and services.
This gives her direct experience of many of the challenges people face and helps her understand where residents can struggle to access the support they need.
