Bray Ward
I am delighted to announce the Bray Ward winner and runner up of the RBWM Garden in Bloom competition. The winner, Bev, from Lindores House, Holyport, has created an amazing garden demonstrating a variety of planting, many of which support pollinators. Garden ornaments and a small pond and benches add interest to what is already a restful and well-tended oasis of calm. Coming a close second is Keith from Pamela Row, Holyport with his glorious hanging baskets, bursting full of colourful petunias!
A big well done to all of the applicants. It was a pleasure to view the gardens nominated across the Ward making the Borough beautiful.

Cllr Helen Price & Cllr Alison Carpenter asked Mayor Neil Knowles if he would present the prize to their RBWM Garden in Bloom winner, Julie Blackwell of Manor Farm Close. She was ably assisted by Steve Sheppard (in red in the photos) and many residents came out to congratulate Julie on her prize.
Julie has worked hard to make the road facing areas and the back gardens look beautiful and make her area a nicer place to live. Congratulations to all involved.
