The Borough First Independents can confirm that Councillor Kashmir Singh has resigned from the group.
We thank Kashmir for his contribution during his time with tBfI since May 2026 and wish him well for the future.

Our candidate selection process is designed to ensure those standing under the tBfI banner share these values and are well placed to represent residents with integrity and professionalism.
We understand that Kashmir intends to stand as an independent candidate in Riverside ward. tBfI will announce its candidates for the forthcoming elections once the selection process has concluded.
Our focus remains on serving residents and providing strong, independent representation across the Royal Borough.
